We would like to inform you kindly that your personal data provided during the phone conversation or by mail will be processed with the aim of answering the questions arose and in order to send you an offer. In accordance with Article 13 (Acts 1 and 2) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (from now on: GDPR) we notify:

Your personal data is processed under the article 6 (Act 1), clause b of the GDPR in accordance with the principle, which proclaims that data processing is legal if it is indispensable in order to implement the contract or to take any actions before the contract is signed on the request of a client.

PDC does not address personal data information to the countries outside the European Economic Area (to countries different from the EU countries and Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein).

Your personal data will be processed before the offer of legal advice is made, and if the legal advice service is performed in the period of storing the documents connected to a specific service provided, you should follow the requirements of commonly mandatory provisions of the above-mentioned law.

The recipients of your personal data in respect of confidentiality and security rules can be inter alia: a) PDC workers authorized to process the data on behalf of PDC, b) bodies that were entrusted by PDC for personal data processing, including service providers, enabling provision of legal advice.

You have the right to access and correct your personal data if there are some mistakes. In cases regulated by the law you are entitled to delete data from the base, to restrict data processing, to transfer data and to refuse data processing.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection.

Filling personal data in is voluntary (the consequence of personal data absence will be the impossibility to prepare an order and to provide information in this respect).
